Common Questions About Working With Us
Straightforward answers to help you decide if we’re the right fit.
How long does a typical website project take?
It depends on the scope. A straightforward business website typically takes 4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger projects — like e-commerce stores or custom web applications — usually run 8–12 weeks. We’ll give you a detailed timeline during the discovery phase so there are no surprises.
Do you only work with WordPress, or can you build custom sites?
WordPress and Elementor are our primary platforms because they offer the best balance of flexibility, performance, and manageability for most businesses. But we also work with Shopify for e-commerce and can handle custom development when the project calls for it. We’ll recommend the right platform for your specific needs — not push you toward what’s easiest for us.
What does your website maintenance include?
Can you guarantee first-page Google rankings?
Do you provide hosting, or do I need to set that up separately?
What does a website project cost?
Can you help with an existing Shopify store that needs improvement?
Absolutely. We regularly take on Shopify stores that are underperforming and optimize the theme, product pages, checkout flow, and overall speed. You don’t need to start from scratch — we’ll assess what’s working, fix what isn’t, and make targeted improvements based on where the biggest opportunities are.
How does your white-label service work?
What happens on a discovery call?
What if I need changes after the project is done?
Small tweaks within the original project scope are included during the final review period. Beyond that, we offer maintenance plans that include a set amount of monthly support time, or you can request changes on an as-needed basis. We don’t lock you in — you can reach out whenever you need something, and we’ll give you a clear estimate before starting any work.
