Do you only work with WordPress, or can you build custom sites?

WordPress and Elementor are our primary platforms because they offer the best balance of flexibility, performance, and manageability for most businesses. But we also work with Shopify for e-commerce and can handle custom development when the project calls for it. We’ll recommend the right platform for your specific needs — not push you toward what’s easiest for us.

What does your website maintenance include?

Our maintenance plans cover core and plugin updates, security scanning, automated backups, uptime monitoring, and priority technical support. We also include periodic performance checks to make sure your site stays fast as content gets added over time. Think of it as a comprehensive health plan for your website.

Can you guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No, and any SEO provider who makes that guarantee isn’t being honest with you. SEO is a long-term investment — we focus on the things within your control and set realistic expectations about timelines and results.

Do you provide hosting, or do I need to set that up separately?

We don’t host websites directly, but we’ll recommend the best hosting option for your platform and budget and help you get it set up correctly. For WordPress, we typically recommend managed hosts like SiteGround, Cloudways, or WP Engine. For Shopify, hosting is included with your plan. We handle the migration and configuration either way.
